• Overall is a good IDX product – Optima Express – and getting better. iHomeFinder support is responsive and are very helpful. We are a very advanced brokerage with strong IT backgrounds and while we see room for improvement we believe in this product strongly. We believe in it so much we ceased our contract with a maajor IDX plugin provider who’s products and support are inadequate in our opinion; especially having been bought out recently by another company.

When we had a SEO issue tech support found a work around solution that works well until it can be incporated directly into their product. The other review here regarding CSS code and needing all kinds of PHP and JavaScript coding is clearly from an unrealistic techie wanting the moon. Optima Express is very responsive on mobile devices and listings index well in SERP.

We had no problem adding Featured Listings that scroll through 4 listings on our website. Our themes have integrated very well with this product and we’ve had no usability or layout issues nor are our website users complaining. Luxury Realty Group San Francisco is an example of how well Optima Express is working for our brokerage.

The polygon search is awesome and solved missing listing issues we had where agents can’t spell the neighborhood or subdivision names properly hence a search would only yield partial results without the polygon feature.

We hope over time to see more technical tweaking enhancements such as more SEO optional parameters and better optimized listing images. The product does need better CRM itegration with products like Top Producer where more data fields need to be made available in Top Producer. Improvements are also needed in SMS lead registration alerts.

Overall, we’d like to see a tech advisory board established with iHomeFinder where clients like us with our 12 years of IDX product experience could contribute to future product enhancements.
