    Hello.

I am experiencing an issue with tracking data to Google Analytics.

I believe I set everything correctly in “Integrations” tab, but website records multiple CollectV=2 request, among which one of them has G111 paramater (the others have G000 parameter, not sure why requests are fired multiple times (I removed scripts from by header.php file)

But in Google Analytics, visits are not tracked.

Do you have any idea where might be the issue?

    Hi @kopovsky

    Thanks for using our plugins.

From your screenshot, I can see that you have enabled both the ‘Google Analytics 4’ and ‘Google Tag Manager Consent v2’.

We would recommend that if your site is using GTM, it loads the GA4 code inside of it. Therefore you would disable the GA4 option in our plugin so that it does not load the same GA4 script twice (which would have negative impact on the GA4 analytics).

You can try that to see if this fixes your issue?

    Hope this helps.

Hi, thank you. What I did is to enable also GA script in my header.php file and now it looks like page views are tracked correctly. Thanks.
