Golf Stableford Points Result

Hi,
I need some help to create a Stableford Scoring System for Golf. Each player inserts the Strokes for each hole and each course as a default strokes for each hole (PAR) and the player needs to score that default strokes or better to get 2 or more points. Just Like this:
Hole 1, PAR 3 -> 3 Strokes – player gets 2 points
Hole 2, PAR 3 -> 4 Strokes – player gets 1 point
Hole 3, PAR 4 -> 3 Strokes – player gets 3 points
Hole 4, PAR 4 -> 7 Strokes – player gets 0 points
Hole 5, PAR 3 -> 3 Strokes – player gets 2 points
…

How can i create this in code to implement in sportspress plugin?
