I’m sorry I didn’t notice the URL in your initial post I was actually referring to your premium support post where you didn’t provide sufficient information.

I would not be able to provide a list of incompatible plugins. I’d love to myself know that but there simply isn’t enough time to test every conceivable combination of plugins.

Are you saying the only plugins you have installed are the following?

WordPress version: 3.8.1
Gold Cart version: 2.9.7.7
WP E-commerce version: 3.8.13.4

if so then I would seriously suspect the theme of causing the issue. In fact judging by the type of errors I see in the console I already suspect the theme itself. I am unable to say for sure without testing.

As for backing up and restoring I strongly and always suggest Backup Buddy. I use it myself. In fact… IF you would provide us access I’d USE MY COPY to backup for you. We almost always to as a precaution since many people truly have no backup plan. We actually state this on our support page where you sent in your initial topic.

I don’t have a ‘Manage Product Images’ button as shown in the link that Jehosophat sent me.
Does someone have a screen shot of what my back end should look like when I hit the ‘Products’ tab on the left column in my back end?

That’s quit a long messy list of plugins. I have not tested all of them. It would truly be easier if we could just get to log in and test. Since this still seems to be a problem for you. I can try to provide you some steps but I can’t guarantee you’ll do it correctly.

1. disable ALL NON WPEC plugins
2. Switch to a default wordpress theme such as 2010 -2012
3. clear the store template cache in Settings > Store > Presentation

Once this is done test everything to see where things are.

As I have pointed out in previous posts… it’s simply not that easy to assist you when your front end already clearly displays dozens of errors. Until that is resolved I have no idea what you’re seeing or what might be giving you trouble.

I have also pointed out a way for you to backup and restore and told you I would use my copy of backup buddy to backup your site.

I don’t see the image you are referring to but in order to see where you manage a products images you would need to select one of your products. By clicking the products name in the list seen when you click “Products”

We’ve done all we can through these resources. At this time you will need to provide access to your site. This is getting us no place fast. If you do not wish to provide access to your site that is your choice but we can’t continue to go back and forth like this. I’m sorry if this doesn’t help you but we do have other people we are helping.

Maybe you can continue to work out what you don’t understand by working with the community of users here.

I asked for a refund for the Gold Cart plugin that was incompatible with my blog, which was denied. Where the request was made: it does not matter.

What matters is that I challenged/disputed the charge with my bank/credit card company and was given my money back.

Since this thread I have successfully installed Paypal buttons to sell tshirts on my blog.
