Gold Cart Grid Display does not work!

  • After the standard version working good, I upgraded and payed to get the gold cart feature for support & also for the grid feature. Since applying the grid feature, things have gone terribly, all of my rows of images are crunched together and the text has gone vertical?! And everything just looks like a complete mess.

    I’ve left messages on the support feature on the website, and have emailed but have had no reply and I’m SO frustrated as I have been trying to figure out how to fix the issue myself for days, with no success. I’ve tried disabling plugins etc.

    I have maintenance mode on so I can’t send a link, but if anyone has any ideas on how I can fix this, I would literally be eternally grateful!

    I just want my store up and running ??
