• I liked the simplicity of the Email subscriber plugin in setting up and controlling Email campaigns. Then I thought to upgrade to PRO. This was my worst experience as regards to installing a plugin. Why?
The order fulfilment process is just stone age:
First, you have to download a zip file, then you install and activate the zip file on WordPress. So far, so good.
Afterwards, you have to connect back to ICEGRAM to get access to the PRO solution.
    This part is the worst!
I tried several times to enter the Name and Password (it’s not automated!), but the system refused. Finally, after some trials, the whole system broke and I could access neither my account nor the PRO system.
Finally, I tried to reach somebody from service, but nobody has answered yet. So the service channel is one star as well.
In summary: Because of described facts, I would not recommend this solution to professional internet developer and user.

    Hi Josef,

Sorry to say, but we haven’t received any email from you.

Please resend an email at hello[at]icegram[dot]com. We will take a look at it.

I concur that the upgrade process is frustrating.

There is an auto-download of only one of the necessary files, the rest have to be manually download and installed but there are no instructions to do so. And some of the required files are not included in the pro download bundle.

Files are misnamed (some pdfs identified as zip) and the instructions are poor (they do not comport to the user experience). Documentation is very out of date too.

Still, this is a great plugin once it’s installed and working. Just expect a little back and forth with support for guidance before you can get it installed and configured.
