Going back to Item Type page after clicking "Read More"

Is there a way to go back to a Item Type portfolio page after reading more about an item?
I notice there’s no way or link option to go back to the corresponding portfolio item type once one is on the Read More post description.
I’ve tried putting a link back to the item type page URL in the Read More post, but it sends the user back to the “All” portion of the portfolio.

Really dig this plugin & hope I can make it work for my WP. Thanks!
