I’ll pass, thanks. Im not an atheist or a bible thumper, (im middle of the road) and I find it kinda offensive and cliche at the same time.

I have just one question.. why does God refer to himself in the third person? He also makes a few grammatical errors. So he’s not so perfect after all.

I was in the middle of the road once. I got run over by a Bible thumper
chasing an atheist. Now THAT was offensive ??

.. why does God refer to himself in the third person?

Hmmm… ’cause he’s about 20 going on 15 and thinks he has struck on a novel and new idea?

…he also (most surprisingly), seems to lack the most basic of grammatical syntax or contraction punctuation. I am almost disappointed by the complete lack of Archaism one would expect (although errantly), in such an effort. Must not have attended a Catholic school, I guess. (insert rimshot here, please).

But alas, I completely agree with Whoo. I think this type of humor, or humour, depending on your lineage, needs to be left to the professionals…

…George Burns, George Carlin, Mel Brooks…

    Keep smilin’ …

I always kinda thought God would be funnier, or more whimsical, or more visionary.

Whether or not God is real, I think it takes certain genius to impersonate Him. Google the etymology of the word “inspiration.”

maybe it would be more appealing if God was trying to appeal to a new audience? I could see him trying to ‘Get down with his homies’
