Godaddy WP Hosting ok?

Hi, just installed Optimus HQ. Very easy to use ??
Do you know if I can use the recommended ‘Cache Enabler’ plugin to assist with serving webP images.
My host is Godaddy WordPress Hosting, they do server-side caching and have a blacklist for most common cache plugins. Apparently they disable them if they find them!
Cache Enabler is not specifically mentioned in their blacklist, but they also state the list is not exhaustive.
If they don’t allow Cache Enabler, am I correct in thinking adding code to .htaccess would allow webP to be issued?
