Godaddy Managed WordPress

I’m trying to setup WordPress on my Godaddy domain. It says the domain is already hosted. How do I transfer my domain from Godaddy Website Builder Hosting to Managed WordPress Hosting. I realize this is a Godaddy issue and I have emailed them about it but, there solution did not work and I’m currently living in another country and to contact them by phone would be expensive. So, I figured I try this first before I shell out the money for an international phone call. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. My website name is newspoliticssports.com
