GoDaddy form trouble

  • Hello, I have a site hosted on GoDaddy and am using Contact Form 7 and Configure SMTP. The form works great for me and a few other people, but doesn’t work at all for a small group of other people (including some of the support staff at GoDaddy, works for some but not all).

    Does anybody have any ideas what could be happening? I’m at my wits end.

  • GoDaddy apparently often blocks form mail the free email accounts such as aol, yahoo, gmail.

    The one work around that proved successful for me is part of the “Fast and Secure Contact Form” plugin (use the Custom Email From option in the Email section, making sure that custom email address is from a GoDaddy email account).
