I have my domain name and email at GoDaddy and hosting at HostGator. (Hosting was at GoDaddy until WordPress)…

My email form (Fast Secure Contact Form) will not send to my domain name email, but will send to gmail. I also test sent emails to both emails w/ WP-Mail-SMTP. Only the gmail account received emails.

Does anyone have any insight on what is going here and why? how to fix it?

    Thanks

  • It’s possible that the message is being blocked due to something in the content of the message or because the sending server’s IP is blocked.
If you contact Go Daddy’s Support staff, they can tell you our special troubleshooting email address where messages can be sent without most of filtering that is active and necessary for normal accounts. This will help them diagnose if the message is, in fact, being blocked and why.

Thanks for the response, but this issue has seemed to resolved itself. I’m not sure what happened exactly, but I was finagling with the settings again yesterday using settings I know I’ve tried before and it started to work.
