• I’ve now ran into TWO clients having the same issues. Clients are telling me that their emails are not being received. It’s not a problem with Contact Form 7 but with the hosts and providers themselves.

I tested both by adding Carbon Copies to them to see if the server was sending them out and they were indeed being sent out but somewhere along the line either Cloudmark which GoDaddy uses to prevent spam or Microsoft has blocked these emails.

Just thought I would let you know.

Nice for you to point that out, but no spam filter is hijacking the emails. They don’t show up in spam either. Either Cloudmark which GoDaddy uses to prevent spam or Microsoft themselves have effectively stopped the emails from arriving and there’s no way to rectify it without changing to different email accounts completely.

I think it’s Microsoft themselves because in one case the email was being sent to a domain email account which forwarded it to a MSN account and that one didn’t make it thru.

And in the other case the email was being sent directly to an MSN account and it too was refused.

Contact Form 7 does not work with Microsoft accounts anymore.

Well with GoDaddy, you could always set Contact Form 7 up to use 3rd party mail servers but GoDaddy prohibits 3rd party mail servers from being used.
