God pleaes help me.

I went to GoDaddy, got a domain and loaded Worpress (whatever version that is). Naturally it gave ne the lame default which is nothing like the one I am used to using. I really want to just start by changing the theme. I went to the upload section and uploaded a theme and keep getting an error that says that there is no tag line and I need to add one to the .css file.

Most of this means nothing to me, I just want a decent theme right now.
