Hello Alta,
Thank you for your feedback.
1. Indeed users can use a 3 character password. I forwarded this issue to the dev team. A solution would be to use Profile Builder with PMS. Inside Profile Builder, which is compatible with PMS, you can set the Minimum Password Strength / Length.
2. This might have happened if you’ve deleted the user that you’ve subscribed to a subscription plan. When subscribing a new user a payment is also made, which is added with a pending status until the actual payment gets processed by the payment gateway. If you delete this new user, the payment does not get deleted. It remains in the database for reference, but it isn’t shown in the payments table. Indeed there might be an issue with the counters being displayed for each payment status and the actual payments displayed in the table.
3. Have you set a Register Success Page in the Settings page of the plugin? If you have, you should have been redirected to this page upon form submission.
4. Indeed the user is created before the payment. This is by design so that you, as an admin, can have data regarding the user. With this data you can then contact the user to see if there were problems upon subscribing or maybe follow up with some other marketing strategy.
5. We offer PayPal Payments Standard in the free version of the plugin. With PayPal Payments Standard users can subscribe to your website using their credit cards, thus not needing a PayPal account, but this feature is limited by many factors:
*??Account must be either Premier or Business. Personal Accounts do not have this option.
*??PayPal Account Optional is turned on – this enables non PayPal Members to pay by Credit Card.
*??The email address you use to log into your PayPal Account must be verified.
*??The “business” variable value in your button code must be a verified email address or your Business ID.
*??Bank Account linked and verified – so you can withdraw or transfer funds.
*??Credit Card linked and verified.
Next, there are specific reasons the Credit Card Option may not be available to your customers.
*??You are using Express Checkout.?Express Checkout requires a PayPal Account
*??You are using the wrong email address or an unverified email address.
*??The country you reside in. Not all countries have all the PayPal features available.
*??The country your customers reside in. Not all countries have all PayPal features available.
*??The IP address of your hosted site is on a blocked list.
I hope this information helps you. If you have any other questions regarding PMS you can always post a Support Thread or open a Support Ticket.
Best regards,
