Goal shows monthly average instead of total

    Hi Shawn,

    There’s a lot of different reasons why that might happen. But most often it’s from Test Donations you did before going live, or Offline Donations that have not yet been set to Complete, or simply a caching issue.

    Can you provide some more details about the donations you’ve received based on your transaction history? Thanks!

    I have 6 transactions. All via PayPal. All marked as complete. Their total is $775 which shows when I click on report and is listed as “Total income for period:”. On my front page, I have the widget showing my goal, which shows that I have only raised $674.00. Also under reports, I have “Average monthly income: %s $674.00”.
    I also have a single failed paypal transaction for $25. And an abandoned amount for $50.
