Go to Top appearing at top

Hi, on my site there is a “go to top” link and it use to be on the bottom of the page and now for some reason it is at the top of the page which would make no sense to click. I did not do anything to move this link. Is there someone that could help me find out how to move this back to where it was at the bottom? Would really appreciate any help. this little problem is really irritating. you can see my site at [link moderated at user request]
