    I have this main issue with “Go to cart (Sepeti G?rüntüle)” button under products, after adding one to the cart. The next page which should be listed the products in cart says “your cart is empty” even I am sure that I have already add products. I am able to see the list when I click to the Cart button on right top of the page. So, the problem is only “Go to cart” button that appears after adding something on cart.

    Hi there,

    On my side, the product doesn’t seem to be added to the cart at all and just shows the spinner continuously. To troubleshoot this further, can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    Hi! Thank you for your interest.

    I started to update WooCommerce after I wrote this support message. And now, it is all gone! It doesn’t appear on wordpress dashboard like it used to be but I also can not install from plugins page, I got “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.” error.

    I am so confused and upset right now, is the entire stone gone? ??

    Ok. Now, I just uploaded back yesterday’s wordpress version and finally got WooCommerce back. But the first problem still remains. It goes “Empty cart” page when we click on “go to cart” button after adding a product into the cart.

    Hi @behaminhome. It sounds like you may have had some issues with the cart not updating correctly. This is usually caused by caching issues. We have a guide here to help you configure caching plugins. If that doesn’t help, the next step is to do conflict testing to locate the cause of the issue.
