Go theme does not have a prebuilt child theme if this is what you were referring to, but you can create one for your website quite easily.
Even if you have no development experience, you can create a child theme for your Go theme by using one of the plugins from this list:

If you plan to perform theme customization, then you should absolutely use a child theme for that purpose to avoid losing changes on the next theme update.
