go from staging to live

There are two ways to do this.

1. Manually and you can follow the documentation https://wp-staging.com/migrate-wordpress-staging-site-to-production-site/. Please do it if you have some technical knowledge.
2. Automatic and you can do this using WP Staging PRO. Here is the documentation https://wp-staging.com/docs/copy-staging-site-to-live-site/.
