Hi, My GN Preview was not showing featured image. I first Installed GN Publisher and updated the feed urls but no dice. I searched around and checked that RSS Feeds as default dont have featured image so I used a plugin for that, and now the RSS feed have Images, but I would like to use GN Publisher for less headache.

Please help, I read that using CDN might conflict it. I am currently using hostinger CDN which is related to cloudfare? not sure.

Google News will now get the image from your article page.

Check that you are following these guidelines for images on this page:

https://support.google.com/news/publisher-center/answer/9607104

if you follow those guidelines it should work,

Hi,

I disabled the rss image plugin since it caused some css problems due to optimization.

The Category Archives and Single Posts are designed using Elementor. I am not sure if it is about inline images. The Featured Image is loaded using the widget, the rest is standard post design. maybe the schema is missing? any idea how to do that in elementor? I read about adding in function.php to send image to rss instead of the Plugin.

Hi,

We have pushed an update i.e. v1.5.9.1 that fixed featured image issue, please update the plugin on your end and check if its working fine now.
