GMT setting not working

Hello jogernut. When you change timezone and language at settings area it take some time to change. Because old settings cached to your browser. Please try CTRL+F5 and clear your browser cache than you can see effects. Please dont forget write to me about problem solved or continue and dont forget rate our plugin.

I think this bug is about summer and winter timezone difference. We are working for fix it and i hope we fixed it this night.
