GMC Categories not available

    Hi, Tatvic!

    I have connected my shop to google merchant center via your plugin, but I cannot map my product attributes since google merchant categories’ dropdown menu does not show anything as you can see here: https://bylola.net/tatvic.png

    Could you please help me?

    Hi @gramenauer,

    Thanks for posting.

    It seems that there was no response from the server end to load the categories under Google Merchant while trying to perform attribute mapping.

    Here we would suggest to hard reload the page if that does not work then clear the browser caches and try in different browsers.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I reloaded the page, cleared the cache, disbaled the Wordfence plugin.. and the issue still persists. Any idea? Any additional info that I can provide to find the cause?

    We are not sure what can be the issue cause at your end.

    Further, the issue needs to debugged and requires details from your end which we can’t ask here due to forum policies.

    Just to mention if the communication mode would have been a different one then we would have addressed it swiftly.
