Gmails don’t receive emails

    Hello,

    I use plugin and after the last update, when I send an email to a gmail, the receiver doesn’t get it. Even if it is the test email. When I send an email to hotmail then it works fine.

    When you get a chance, could you please share more details, the mailer you’re using? Did you get any errors while sending a test email to the Gmail receiver? In case if only a particular Gmail recipient is not receiving emails, the recipient might be receiving emails at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered.

    Hello @sanzeeb3 ,

    I use the default (php) mailer. And I don’t get any error. On the contrary, I get the successfully message. And the non Gmail receivers get the emails in the spam folder.

    If you’re using Default (php), then this means that you haven’t set up SMTP yet. In this case, the next step is to choose a mailer.

    Here are tutorial links for each mailer option:

    Google/Gmail
    SendGrid
    Mailgun
    Other SMTP
