Gmail SMTP is not working

I am trying to use your SMTP plugin to send emails from a gmail account on my wordpress site. My password had complex characters, I removed them and am still having the same issue. Can you please help? (I tried other SMTP plugins and I could send emails, but they were still going to spam).

I am getting this error:
