Email had been working well (I’m not sure when it started to fail). Per troubleshooting instructions, I deactivated the Oauth, then tried to set it up again. It didn’t work, so I created a new app and credentials in my cloud console (this is a Google Workspace email). I added everything in, clicking on the authorize google orange button, and went through the authorization steps in the new window. When it returns to WordPress, the authorize google orange button is still there, and I can’t send test emails. Is there anything I can do to get this working again?

    Hi @rgystudio

Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Google mailer.

First off, please ensure that you are using the latest version of WP Mail SMTP (3.8.0). Also, in case this is a plugin, theme or custom code conflict, please try temporarily disabling your nonessential plugins and swapping to a default WordPress theme. Ideally, these steps should be performed on a staging website.

To confirm if this is a mailer-specific issue, you can try setting up a different mailer. As a quick test, you could try setting up the Other SMTP or Sendinblue mailers.
