    I have configured the email templated and when i create a test ticket i was not able to get an Email Notification via my Gmail account.

    Can you show or explain how can i can solve this issue?

    Can you please check if you have Enabled the “Do you want to activate this e-mail template?”

    Yes i did activate the template

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    Thanks the issue is fixed but i noticed a new issue.

    A client had sent me a picture with regards to a popup that when they clicked on the “Close” button to end the ticket, the popup confirmation was cut off.

    Please review here

    How can i fix this issue ?

    I have noticed a new issue.
