    Your gluten free icon is missing across all instances, including on your own web page. It shows only a gray circle.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Sarah,

    This sounds like a potential browser issue. What browser are you using? Can you try to clear your browser cache? Let me know.

    Hmmm it appears it’s an ISP issue. Chrome, Firefox, Safari on my home network do NOT show the gluten free icon, just a gray circle. Browsers on LTE show the icon.

    Sounds like a caching issue in your browsers. Try running it incognito.

    Incognito and no change, still just a gray circle. This is on quest / centurylink wifi. Also tested on an xfinity / comcast network with same issue (Firefox – new / different device). I’m collecting more test results but this is big issue for a launch about to happen – it’s a gluten-free website so every single post has this icon appearing as a gray circle.

    note: this isn’t a site-specific issue. I also see a gray circle in place of the gluten free icon at https://recipekeyplugin.com/

    checked again with cleared browsers (safari, chrome, firefox) on xfinity / comcast wifi, still no icon. The code looks normal but it would seem the browsers / isp are not locating the

    .irk-glutenfree:before {
    content: “\e900”;
    }

    If I used dev tools, and change it to “e/901” it locates the apple icon just fine. All other icons appear.

    More details for clarification:

    ios browser seem to render on both LTE and wifi – desktop browsers on LTE still cannot locate the icon.

    Windows browsers process the icon, mac (desktop) do not.

    I made my own svg file that’s showing on macs and windows machines. Your website recipekeyplugin.com is still not displaying the gluten-free svg on a mac desktop browser.
