Ok, I’ve found the problem.

Once a “Entry Title” is added in uppercase it and all other terms are in lower case, the uppercase items are displayed first.

For example “EU” (European Union) is added to the entry title in uppercase it will be displayed before the all other items which are lower case.

Now I change the “EU” to “eu” it is displayed (sorted) correctly on the index page.

But, it should be “EU”.

So, the sorting algorithm is not correct.
