Glossary List

No, the plugin does not have a page or shortcode for listing all glossary terms.

Yes, a glossary list page is a feature I would consider adding. However I would want to provide a number of features and layout options for people to choose from. This would be too much to ask you to contribute.

I suggest creating a separate plugin pulling the data from the custom post type ‘wpgh-glossary’ and registering your shortcode. You can contribute by showing the implementation and/or commenting on my thoughts below (and anyone else for that matter).

Glossary List Page Ideas:

• Select the page to display list on via dropdown.
• Different layouts: list only words with tooltip hover, list words and definitions, multiple columns.
• Search
• Filter by first letter or numbers/symbols
• Pagination
• Style options?
• (Optional) Individual pages for glossary terms. Add links to glossary terms on glossary list page. Add links to glossary terms for all tooltips?

I will go ahead and create another plugin if you think that’s best. I originally thought I would just add to the existing plugin but can create another. I like the ideas, I will see which ones I can knock out. No ideas on timeframe, but hopefully it won’t take me too long. Thanks for the reply!
