    Hi there,

    after using CM Glossary for quiet a while, I realised that the index isn’t linked to the terms anymore.

    How to find the reason this behaviour?

    Is it most likely

    1. a plugin like a caching tool that destroys the link?
    2. a firewall or missing function, disabled by a security tool that prevents the linking?
    </li>

                                                <li class="ln-1">
                                                    <span role="term" class="glossaryLink glossary-link-title " title="Begriff: Bewerbung" style="">Bewerbung</span>
                                                </li>
                                                <li class="ln-1">
                                                    <span role="term" class="glossaryLink glossary-link-title " title="Begriff: Bologna Abkommen" style="">Bologna Abkommen</span>
                                                </li>

    Thanks for your tips!

    M.

    Additionally I found:

    The $ doesn't have the function required for displaying the AudioPlayer.
     This is probably because the $ has been reinitialized after the "mediaplayerelement" has already been added.

    Hi,
    I don’t think it’s one of the reasons you’ve mentioned. Most likely it’s some kind of misconfiguration (although if you haven’t changed settings lately that’s odd).

    Anyway please check in the settings the following options:

    • General Settings -> Create Glossary Term Pages (should be enabled)
    • Glossary Index -> Remove the link from Glossary Index to the Glossary Term pages? (should be disabled)

    Hi,

    I checked all settings of the tool but it did not change the behavior. However, one author clicked on the CM glossary tooltip widget on the glossary index page and disabled the links there. Obviously a place I didn’t think of at all.

    Consider as solved.

    Thank you for sharing the information! And we’re glad the problem was solved!

    Ps. As for the other message about AudioPlayer – you can ignore this notice as it’s harmless, or you can enable the AudioPlayer support in the General Settings.
