GloriaFood Account & Settings Erased

I have not been on this site in a few months. When I come back to my WordPress dashboard, I no longer have access to the existing menu on the site. It is asking me to set up a whole new GloriaFood account and start the menu over again. However, the menu I made previously is currently live on the site. I am afraid to go through the process of setting up a new restaurant profile & menu because it may erase my progress. I just want to be able to go back into the existing menu and update the prices. Any help? I can provide installation ID or anything else.
