Global User Hierarchy Not Populating

    I’m using the latest available version of the plugin and I’m not able to see any users populate in the Global User Hierarchy list in the Users Center. I have tried deleting all data, which actually fixes that problem, however it creates other issues on other pages, like an error in the foreach on upi-crm-universal-crm-solution/template/dashboard_template.php on line 363.

    I can see users in the Add User dropdown… they just don’t display in the Hierarchy for future editing.

    I have also tried deactivating and then deleting the plugin and manually deleting the tables from the DB and reinstalling with no luck…

    Hello,
    please note you should explicitly declare Upi roles in the WordPress user profile for every user you want to allow to work with UpiCRM.

    1. Go to “User” , scroll down to the UpiCRM user roles drop down list , and choose either “UpiUser” or “UpiAdmin”.

    2. now you can go to the Users Center of UpiCRM and assign roles and hierarchies.

    As mentioned, I can see users in the dropdown in Upi. I followed the steps in the instructions (adding them in from the WP User area first). Since this is currently a test site, I can give you access to check it out.

    I have no problems assigning roles and hierarchies. The issue is the users never show up below those dropdowns (the Global Hierarchy list) after I’ve assigned them.

    I got it working by clearing all data (except manually clearing tables), then deactivating and reinstalling Upi. I did take video of the oddities.
