Global TOC

    All of the past topics on TOC plug-ins appear to reference just a TOC for a page or a post.

    We need a way to do a global TOC of all page titles on our website. We would like this TOC to be in the left column when the user is on the home page.

    When the user moves to a particular page we would like the TOC displayed in the left column to be of the sub-titles in the page.

    Is there such a plug-in?
