Global Shortcode (Multisite)

Hello! I am a huge fan of your plugin since it gives me the opportunity to create dynamic pages in our multisite network. Last week I stumbled upon the problem that the plugin is showing the site URL with the language code behind it (e.g.: domain.tld/en/)

As I want my URL to show without the language code, I created a custom shortcode by using Javascript to create the desired result. This method works well and I was able to incorporate it into a page using the plugin. However, when I thick the box to make the shortcode Global, it does not seem to do anything and it renders blank in all of my other sites across the network.

I have a premium subscription on the main domain of our multisite.
