Global setting VS Event based setting

I just bought the pro version but was disappointed to find out that some of the settings such as email notification can only be saved globally, instead of based on individual event.

Basically what I want to achieve is each event upon submission will send email to different email address as a form of notification to the person in charge of the event.

Is there anyway I can achieve this?
