    Hi

I wrote a post some times ago on this public forum about “Global Rules” in “Advanced Access Manager”.

I believed the bug was fixed with the latest update, but no.

Even if global rules items can now be drag & dropped, any change (new rule, reordering) is not taken in account, or in an erratic way.

This is a major issue, since ordering is crucial in these rules. I can’t imagine to manage a system where download files are subject to payments, because the rules (and the order of them!) are essential.

I feel nervous, quite angry, because I’ve been a faithful paying user for several years, and even the ticket I have posted on your system did not get an answer.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jean-michel-ferrard,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Can you please send us some screenshots with what you want to do and also whit what is not working? You can send a screenshot using a service like Imgur, Pastebin, or Dropbox. We did some tests on our end and everything works properly.

    Thank you,
    Beatrice.

    Hello @beatrice12

    Thank you for your answer.

These are three links to screenshots showing the situation. Between screenshot#1 and screenshot#2, and Between screenshot#2 and screenshot#3, all I did is click Save button and reload the page.

As you can see, the ordering seems random. This is a crucial issue since ordering is so much important here. In particular, the rule saying “anyone whom situation did’nt match previous rules can’t download” must be the last rule to be checked!.

Of course, If I add another rule, it will take place randomly in the list (and each time I reload the page, its place will move).

    Hello @beatrice12

But…. That’s the problem here! Wpchill did not even acknowledged my two previous emails via your contact form.

And in the page https://www.download-monitor.com/contact/ where this contact form belongs, there is no history of my previous demands.

Tha’s why I came to post on this public forum!

You know my personal email adress from my account.
So if you know I reached to you about this problem, why did Wpchill ignore my demands?

Warmly, but a little upset at the same time.

    Jean-Michel
