    Hi,

    We’ve had a huge amount of problems after upgrading our global payments plugin to HPP. We’ve contacted Global Payments…a lot, and we’re still getting orders stuck in “Pending Payment” where customer doesn’t get any email confirmation or no idea what has happened to their order or money. This is hugely frustrating for them and for us obviously.

    Basically it’s the exact same problem as this thread.

    We have changed the return url back and forward several times.
    We’ve added IPs to the firewall.
    We’ve put the firewall in learning mode
    We’ve talked endlessly to Global Payments and Skyverge (the developers)
    At a loss here with this.

    There’s no solution to the above thread. Can anyone help or point in the right direction at all? It would be hugely appreciated.
