Global Payments not accepting automated payments for woocommerce subscriptions

Good day,
We are using global payments and have activated woocommerce subscriptions on our website for subscription payments. The payments are not going through they show in pending state.

Do we have to manually accept the subscriptions? What is the process. We expect this to be a seamless process where the user chooses a subscription and the payments are deducted automatically on the recurring dates.
