    Hi! I just installed the Easy Registration Forms plugin, cause the unique ID as for the registration form as for other kind of sumissions.

    Forms submissions are saved in dashboard, however, even when I set global notifications to the domain email address and set the user email address field to send notification of the submission (a copy of user info registration)

    This are not send, nor admin domain email neither user email gets any kind of notifications.

    And another problem related to this, is that even when I delete in dashboard the submissions, to test again the form, it that I have to use a different email address, wich is a problem because I don′t have many email accounts to use them for testing.

    however neither of the forms send notifications to user or admin email.

    Please I need help, anybody that can help me to fix this would be very appreciated

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It seems email configuration is not correct.
    Global Notifications are the notifications that is to be configured on global level. But they have to be enabled at Form level as well. Please make sure notifications are enabled in Form settings.
    You may drop us an email on [email protected] as we need more details in order to help you configuring various emails.

    Regarding submission deletion, as you are using registration type form, upon submission it saves the submission in ERF Submissions and creates a new user.
    If you delete a submission, it only deletes the submission record, it does not deletes a user.

    In order to delete a user you need to delete it from WordPress Dashboard > Users in the left sidebar.

    I did sent you an email with images so you can see a little more about why is not working the notifications.

    Hello @adguer,

    Email issue might be caused by your server. Please try setting up SMTP for sending emails. Our blog might help.
