Global Layout Option – Dropdown Lists are empty

Hello!
I’m still using Hueman theme Version 3.2.3. I want to change the Layout options for the main content, specially the Global Layout from “3 Columns – Content middle” to 2 Columns, Content left (Sidebar right).
If i want to open the Dropdown List, the list “opens”, but you cant see any Items other than 3 Columns – Content Middle.
Same problem with all other Dropdown Lists on this admin site. Doesn’t matter the browser, his version or the os. Problem still exist on the ipad and smartphone, too.
Any Ideas? Thanks for help!
