Global Internet Radio Station Schedule

I’m volunteering for a global internet Radio Station, and I have very little coding experience. I’m trying to make a day by day, hour by hour kind of schedule that would “adjust” to the viewers local time. I’ve looked for a plugin but still need help. They do have plugins that change the times of the posts and such, but I can’t verify that it will work for my schedules. Should I even use a plugin or add some kind of code to my child theme. Maybe you could point me in the right direction
