Global error on creating post/plugin gallery etc

Hello, I got very weird problem. I use a plugin picu that makes proof galleries for the clients to select their photos. I didnt used it from 1 month, now when I try to add new gallery I got a big error message that I will post down. I realized I got the same one when trying to make a new page from wordpress itself. Also when trying to install and activate another plugin wp-sunshine-cart as alternative for picu.
