    Can you please make Canned replies global and not private to each person.
    Then we dont all have to write the same canned replies.

    It would be good to have default ones for a team, but allow them to add more themselves.

    Hello,

    An administrator can create public canned replies. Please go to Support > Canned reply > Edit canned reply and set visibility to “Visible All Agents”.

    Agents can’t create public canned replies. This feature is under the development queue and not scheduled yet. It will be available in future updates.

    There seems to be quite a few bugs with Canned replies.

    The “Add canned reply” button, when you press submit does not do anything it does not submit.

    When clicking the “Canned Reply” link, there is no button to “add new”

    As an admin, there is no way for me to see other admins canned replies to make them public/edit them.

    Hello,

    We have checked this on our end and it works fine for us. It may conflict with some other plugin or theme. You can troubleshoot this yourself by disabling all plugins and activating them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it is a conflict with your theme. Please note, the theme should not be changed directly on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings.

    I built my theme from scratch, its only bootstrap.

    I’m assuming you trigger something in Javascript, what should I be looking for in debug?
