I recently purchased your plugin, overall I’m very pleased with it.

However, whenever I inject a flipbox onto any of my wordpress pages there is a glitchy animation when the page first loads – it appears that the background image of each flipbox appears momentarily then disappears.

Is there any way to address this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Demo site showing the bug / glitch when you initially load the page

    Current version of WordPress: 5.8.2

Flipbox is the only plugin activated

Is seen on Chrome, Firefox and Samsung Android (Chrome)

Once the page is cached, it seems to happen less often

I checked a couple of times as the image size is much bigger and needs much time to load.

In this case, I suggest you use some image optimized plugins. I also add a feature into the next version as after fully page load flip box will show to avoid these issues. It will be available under the settings page.

In the next version, I will solve plugin loading issues and release updates on satuarday.

One more thinks, for a faster load you can use Cloudflare also as your site normally needs Root document 1.4s.

Thank you @biplob018 for your fast response.

I have updated the site with some very small images, as well as installed an impact optimize plugin. Unfortunately, the problem is still there. I am actually also seeing it in my wordpress dashboard Flip Box plugin page as well.

Should I simply wait until the updated version is released this weekend?

    Thanks!

I have updated to the latest version and the same issue occurs – you can see it here:

I have also disabled all plugins entirely, except for this one. I have reinstalled Flipbox and the same issue occurs. I’m using the images your plugin provides.

Please advise. If I can’t get this fixed, I will request a refund – this is for a portfolio and it cannot appear bugged. Thanks!
