• Plugin won’t work if your images are on a CDN. Their code prepends the URL with the site domain so images on a CDN will be broken. (Gee… I wish they would have mentioned that BEFORE I purchased the plugin.) I also experienced a situation where a product configuration somehow stopped working/froze on the backend. You could see it on the front end but there was no way to make edits. Their support department offered no help with either problem, which was frustrating.

    Hello @tatumld,
I’m sorry for these issues you mentionned. And you’re correct for now, our plugin does work with CDN. During the past few months, we’ve been fully busy redesigning it and all it’s add-ons including new skins. Once that’s done, you won’t experience any more freezing in the backend and I promise you that CDN will work. May I know the support agent you spoke to who offered no help?

I’ve messaged Philippe, Géraud, and Adeniran. I was hoping there would be some way to edit functions.php or something to by-pass the URL prepend you were including. All other plugins I have work with CDN’s so I hope your future release does too.
