    When click on Remove External image button (Classic Editor). On small screen or mobile devices, it scroll to top because that button a tag include a hash #. You can add javascript:; instead of # for that Button like href=”javascript:;” to fix sliding to top on that button click.

    Please update the plugin, purge the browser cache (to update the JS) and let me know if that solves your issue.
