Glich on Form Icons

I have two problems. One is that if I update the PHP version to 8.3, the forms created in version 7.3 cannot be edited, only the new ones. I solved it by putting the PHP back to 7.3, but at some point I will have to update and I don’t understand the reason.
On the other hand, when I edit a new field in the form, the existing icon disappears. It doesn’t let me search for any new icon. Nor does the icon list appear in the icon search for any field in the forms. I already tried, without having other plugins active.
Has anyone had the same problem? Any solution? Thanks,

Look at your “Site Health” for your Forms at UM Settings -> System Info
Show the “This debug information for your Ultimate Member form”
