GivingPress Lite responsive functionality not working

  • Using Chrome on a Windows 10 notebook with high-resolution screen (13xx by 7xx), the mobile version of the site comes up.

    Using Chrome on a smaller 2-in-1 notebook with the same resolution, the problem is worse with the top-level menu showing up on top of the banner image.
