Giving wrong name for new shipping method has crash wordpress

I have try this:
Delete plugin folder from ftp,
install plugin again from wordpress and uninstall it. (in order to delete any database records)
Install it again from wordpress and activate it, i still get wordpress to freeze, how i can completely remove it?
This is the error im getting

WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping delete all the transients and configurations added to wp_options table when you delete it. If the problem persist, please search the configuration by phpMyAdmin and delete it manually.
